Working with a core group of data champions over several months, your team will develop the knowledge, skills, and strategies to lead a structured inquiry cycle, identifying areas for inquiry, gathering targeted data, analysing evidence, and implementing and monitoring change.

Who is this for?
This program is designed for school leadership teams and data champions ready to move beyond data collection toward purposeful, evidence-informed practice. It suits schools at any stage of their data journey, from those establishing foundations to those looking to deepen and systematise existing practice.
The Program
Every engagement begins with a pre-planning session with your leadership team, followed by a full-day bespoke workshop for your data champions, covering:

Establishing a shared data culture and common language

Auditing current data collection and use

Identifying data needs at different levels of decision-making

Framing your first inquiry focus

Developing a plan for improvement.
From there, follow-up workshops are recommended to embed and sustain practice, with the number and frequency determined by your context and goals. An optional written report is available upon project completion.
Ongoing Support
Between sessions, participants have access to Dr Richardson for questions and support as they implement new practices.
Duration
The program typically runs over one semester. Condensed delivery is available for organisations with specific timeline requirements.
Investment
Full-day bespoke workshop (includes pre-planning session) start from $7,450 for up to 10 participants. Additional participants: $720 per person.
Follow-up workshops (online) start from $1,200 per 60-minute session or $1,800 per 90-minute session for up to 10 participants. Additional participants: $120 to $180 per person per session.
Written report (optional, upon project completion): $3,500.
